hello! today I kinda let you guys in behind the curtain of my fitness journey over the years, and how it has changed with time as my priorities changed. working to failure has seriously changed so much for me, so I wanted to share my thoughts with you!
Shoutout to @JeffNippard for teaching me a lot about the benefits of training to failure/training 1 to 2 reps away from it. Check him out for the science on why this helps with muscle growth. :)
