Recipe:

Egg 1 piece
Sugar 3 heaped tablespoons
warm milk 150 ml
warm water 160 ml
Yeast 1 heaped teaspoon
Sunflower oil or olive oil 30 ml (2 tablespoons)
melted butter 30 grams (2 tablespoons)
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Wheat flour 550 grams (4.2 cups) cup size 250 ml

Flour can be different, somewhere it absorbs more liquid and somewhere less liquid. In my case I had to add another 1 tablespoon with a mountain of flour.

To grease the dough and bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon oil
Let the dough rest for 40 minutes
Divide the dough into 10 parts
After shaping, let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Size in diameter 17 cm
Let stand for 10 minutes before baking

For greasing, 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk
You can use any jam you like for the filling, I used cherry jam

Bake at 180℃ for 30 minutes

Sprinkle with powdered sugar
