This drill hyper-charges one's line familiarization and builds superb hand
defense.

There are seven traps illustrated in this drill:

1 - Pak Sao
2 - Jao Sao
3 - Tan Sao
4 - Jut Sao
5 - Bong Sao
6 - Inside Pak Sao
7 - Low Jao Sao

Sometimes you will see "Sao" spelled, "Sau." The spelling is due to translation variations, nothing to get excited about.
