If you are experiencing ball of foot pain otherwise can be known as metatarsalgia, there are exercises that can help with relief! Exercises such as big toe mobility, towel scrunches and toe grip strength can help to relieve metatarsal pain. Essentially these movements help to take stress away from the ball of your foot and disperse to other joints to help out.
