Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
7 mandarins
1/2 cup yogurt
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2+1/3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
Sugar for cake pan

** Bake at 340 F (170 C) for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
** An 8-inch square cake pan
