When a lot of sourdough/remnants of sourdough accumulate, I bake these pancakes. Sourdough lace pancakes/crepes are very tasty and easy to prepare, anyone can do it! They turn out tender, thin with a pronounced taste of bread and smell like Easter cake - tasty and healthy!

For 16-18 pieces. Pan size ~ 25 cm.

Ingredients:
250 g wheat sourdough starter, 100% at peak
250 ml water at room temperature
250 g flour
300 ml milk at room temperature
3 eggs at room temperature
3 tbsp. heaped sugar
1 tsp salt without a slide
3 tbsp. melted butter
