I actually wasn't planning on playing it because I thought it was a meme of a game concept, I was over at friends and it was free on PS+ so we said screw it and played it and Stray is the most captivated I've been by a game's intro in years.

When you realize that Stray is trying to introduce a story to you but can't just shove dialogue in your face because the cat can't talk, it has to be smart about its world-building.
