Lymphatic Massage (or lymphatic drainage massage) is a tool to help keep the lymphatic system healthy and moving, which can assist in decreasing congestion and pressure, as well as swollen lymph nodes. I am a physical therapist, and as a certified lymphedema therapist, I show you in this video how the lymphatic system works and the best technique for sinus massage and lymph node stimulation to help manage symptoms for allergy relief, congestion relief, and sinus pressure relief.
