Ingredients
40g butter
3 tbsp oil
2 cups onion (cut into chunks)
2 cups apple (cubed)
4 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp flour
500ml stock
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cup grated creamed coconut
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
