This is a sweet used in Italian dinners, it's called Stella di Natale (due to it's shape) and it's made with Pandoro (Christmas Star with Pandoro) and the same cream that used to make tiramisu.

If you are wondering what Pandoro is, it's almost the same as the famous Panettone, but it has no raisins added to it and it is done using more butter than what it's used in Panettone.
