Went back to Brushy again... this time they let me out...LOL Brushy Mountain Penitentiary never disappoints. The history is just AMAZING.... And when you go around the place you feel it... The prison has been opened back up as a icon for the area and let me tell you the food at the Wardon's Table is GOOD... We got permission to ride around the trails to try and find some of the old coal mine stuff and we did.. Could not show it all but we did end up at the Prison Cemetery up on the Hill to the left of the prison and it just wild how they did it back then. All the graves and unmarked and they do not know how many are buried there. All the ones that died in the coal mines and died in the prison that was unclaimed was carried up the hill and pretty much just buried with no closure... so sad in a way.
