Off road trail from Windrock Park, near Oliver Springs, TN. Left campground to trail P1 to G5 then right onto G6. Trail G6 then leaves Windrock property. Continue on trail to Hwy 116, take a right onto Hwy, go 2 miles and there is a Old Coal Wash Plant on right. The train is behind the old plant. This is private property so be respectful. Was 14 miles from campground. Went back the way we came on G6 but turned left onto trail 39 which was about a mile and half longer. Trails G6 and G39 are marked on trail map as Easy, but there are a few rutted rough spots. There are other trails you can take to get there from Windrock.
