===== Ingredients =====
-For yudane dough
Whole wheat flour 85 g
Hot water 90-100 ml
-For main dough
Whole wheat flour 300 g
Active dry yeast 1/4 Tsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Warm water 260 ml
Sugar 2 Tbsp
Oil (Oilve oil) 3 Tbsp
===== Recipe =====
Making yudane
In a bowl, place four, hot water & mix well.
Let it rest for 30 minutes to overnight (In fridge)
Warm water, yeast into bowl & mix well. Let it leave for 10- 15 minutes until activate yeast.
Add yeast mixture into the Yudane dough & mix well. Add flour salt into the bowl.
Mix until all dough come together.
Cover dough and keep to warm place(I keep inside of oven. just turn on the light)
----- ( Optional ) ----
Let rest for 10-15 minutes.
Stretch the dough.
Let the dough rise until double in size.
Gently make flatten the dough & roll it.
Place the dough on baking pan.
Let it rise until double in size.
Preheat oven for 190°C or 375°F.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
