Another beautiful day and another beautiful hike! This time to Joffre Lake. We hiked 10kms in and out to see the amazing Lower, Middle, and Upper Joffre lakes. With only approximately 400 meters elevation gain and an hour drive outside of Whistler, this hike was definitely not to be missed. After completing Wedgemount Lake the day before we knew we couldn't climb Brunswick Mountain and decided for Joffre instead and boy am I ever glad we did!
Besides Don losing his phone among the rocks at Upper Joffre these turquoise waters were worth the effort of the relentless uphill between Lower and Middle Lake. I had to jump into the glacial water of course and Don actually decided to join me this time..Yay!
