What a day we had as we left our Air Bnb and took off to explore the beautiful beaches of Dominical and the awesome and epic Nuayaca Waterfall that will absolutely blow your mind with beauty. If visiting the area I highly suggest stopping at the Mono Congo Cafe it is so beautiful and right in Dominical's cute lil town. Also check out their awesome beach shops and their beach area restaurant called Restaurante El Coco because the food was absolutely delicious!
Dominical beach is beautiful but more suited for surfing than swimming so if you're into surfing this would be your perfect little spot as there are surfing shops and schools walking distance from the beach. If you want to swim I highly suggest heading over to Dominicalito. It's still rocky in areas but the water is calmer for swimming. But honestly I'd save all the swimming for the epic Nuayaca Waterfall as that was the best!
Last but not least Uvita Whale Tail did not disappoint! The snorkelling was a bit murky until you get out far enough but it was decent to say the least...Make sure if you bring your drone you bring enough batteries because trying to capture the entire tail is going to take all of them LOL! Beautiful place to spend swimming as well and to watch the sunset but be warned if you leave your stuff unattended it is bound to get stolen as warned by multiple people so stay vigilant! Also make sure you're off the beach before dark...
