Texas Style Tuesday - Waynesboro

It’s #texasstyletuesday again already, my dear friends. Today I bring you yet another tune with multiple names and even more variations and ways to play it. It’s Waynesboro! Is it a reel? A hornpipe? Which one is the A part? Sigh. Does it all matter? And if so, how MUCH does it matter? I love this tune and I learned it decades ago and have consistently forgotten it exists since then. I love tunes in G that aren’t Katy Hill or Leather Britches and get that way by having a 2 chord. It makes me so happy. It’s probably a Kentucky tune as was probably spelled Waynesburgh at some point.
