Ingredients:
- 10-15 eggplants, approximately 3.5 - 4 kg (roasted, peeled, drained, and mashed);
- 40-50 bell peppers, approximately 2.5 kg (roasted, peeled, drained, and mashed);
- 2 kg onions;
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper;
- 5-6 bay leaves;
- 600 g tomato paste;
- 500 ml sunflower oil;
- 2 - 2 1/2 tablespoons salt (or to taste);
Optional: 2-3 tablespoons hot pepper paste.
