👋 Greetings, friends. Today I will share with you a recipe for a very tasty platka, which I came up with more than 10 years ago for some contest on the Internet.

This recipe instantly went viral on all the popular cooking sites and cooking groups at the time. Housewives were happy to bake it for weddings, christenings, birthdays and religious holidays.

The dish has really become very popular, because it is very, very tasty. And really, who could not like the combination of delicate cheese with candied fruit, fragrant poppy seeds with nuts and wonderful coffee cream.

It is so delicious that it is difficult to describe in words! Therefore, I invite you to cook it! Cook and enjoy! And may everything go well for you!

The pie is moderately sweet, so if you like sweeter pies, add more sugar to your taste in the cream, cheese and poppy seed layers :)

PRODUCTS:

Poppy mass:
200 g of dry, peeled poppy seeds
4 eggs
50 g of sugar
50 g of raisins
50 g of ground walnuts

Curd mass:
800 g of cheese
150 g of sour cream with a fat content of 20 percent
1.5 packs (60 g) of vanilla pudding or corn starch (if the cheese is dry, it will be enough to take 40 g)
5 eggs
50 g of candied orange or lemon (or their mixture)
100 g of raisins
1 tsp Orange or lemon peel
100 g of sugar

Chocolate layer:
5 eggs
150 g of flour
30 g of cocoa
8 g of baking powder
A pinch of salt
130 g of sugar

Cream:
350 g sour cream with a fat content of 20 percent
3 eggs
300 g of butter
125 g of sugar
50 ml of very strong coffee

1 tbsp. Cocoa for sprinkling
