Let's get ready to sweat and burn some calories with todays full body Cardio workout. This session focuses on bodyweight only movement, so you wont need any equipment! For the next 70 minutes, we will train our total body, make sure to push through and reward yourself with the awesome feeling after finishing this challenge!
