Method:-


Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes


Ingredients:

250 gm paneer (Indian cheese)
1 cup malai (heavy cream)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
1/4 teaspoon pistachio powder (optional)
1 tablespoon ghee
Chopped pistachios or almonds for garnish


Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare Paneer

1. Crumble the paneer into a mixing bowl.
2. Knead the paneer until smooth.


Step 2: Make Malai Mixture

1. Heat the malai in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add powdered sugar and cook until dissolved.
3. Remove from heat.


Step 3: Combine Paneer and Malai

1. Add the malai mixture to the paneer.
2. Mix until well combined.


Step 4: Add Flavorings

1. Add cardamom powder, saffron threads, and pistachio powder (if using).
2. Mix well.


Step 5: Shape Laddus

1. Divide the mixture into small portions.
2. Shape each portion into a ball.
3. Flatten slightly.


Step 6: Cook Laddus

1. Heat ghee in a pan over low heat.
2. Cook the laddus until lightly browned.


Step 7: Cool and Serve

1. Let the laddus cool.
2. Garnish with chopped nuts.
3. Serve chilled or at room temperature.


Tips:

Use fresh paneer for best results.
Adjust powdered sugar to taste.
Add other flavorings like rosewater or kewra essence.
Store laddus in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
