The season when you crave bread with coffee or chocolate is approaching and what better than to prepare it at home, so I am sharing with you these Swedish buns with jam or Swedish rolls with jam, which honestly have a name that I can't pronounce but are very easy to make, with a cream cheese and jam filling that you will love, come with me to see them. ⏩Other recipes for Rolls:

⏩Ingredientes:
500 gr Harina de trigo todo uso o harina de fuerza o una combinación(3 3/4 Taza + 2 Cdas).
2 Huevos ( 100 gr de líquidos).
115 a 135 gr/ml de Leche (Yo necesite 125 gr/ml1/2 Taza +/- 2 Cdas).
80 gr/ml de Agua (1/3 Taza).
6 a 7 gr de Levadura seca(2 a 2 1/4 cdta).
75 gr de Azúcar (1/3 Taza).
10 gr de Azucar de naranja o vainillada (Sustituye por 10 gr mas de azúcar y agrega ralladura).
7 gr de Sal(1 1/4 cdta).
100 de mantequilla sin sal.
Relleno:
120 gr de Queso Crema.
30 gr de mantequilla(2 Cdas).
90 gr de Azùcar Glass + 10 gr de azúcar de limón o 100 gr de azucar + ralladura de 1/2 limón (1 cup).
3 a 4 Cdtas de Mermelada de fresa o frutos rojos.
Pizca de sal.
Colorante alimentario (opcional).

⏩Ingredients:
500 gr All-purpose flour or strong flour or a combination (3 3/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp).
2 Eggs (100 gr of liquids).
115 to 135 gr/ml of Milk (I needed 125 gr/ml 1/2 Cup +/- 2 Tbsp).
80 gr/ml of Water (1/3 Cup).
6 to 7 gr of Dry Yeast (2 to 2 1/4 tsp).
75 gr of Sugar (1/3 Cup).
10 gr of Orange or Vanilla Sugar (Replace with 10 gr more of sugar and add zest).
7 gr of Salt (1 1/4 tsp).
100 gr of Unsalted Butter.
Filling:
120 gr of Cream Cheese.
30 gr of Butter (2 Tbsp).
90 gr of Glass Sugar + 10 gr of Lemon Sugar or 100 gr of Sugar + Zest of 1/2 Lemon (1 cup).
3 to 4 Tsp of Strawberry or Red Fruit Jam.
Pinch of salt.
Food coloring (optional).
