Let's go through how to run a quicker park run

I love park run for so many reasons. I also kind of hate it too - because running a hard 5k hurts! If you want to improve your 5k run time or improve your parkrun, then you need to know how to run a faster park run.

I've created this video to go through some tips that I personally use and also give to athletes who I coach. These 5km running tips will help you to break your 5k time and run a quicker parkrun.
