CV House, by Arkides Studio

This time, together with the principal architect from Arkides Studio, Gania Nanggala, we will explore CV House in Bandung. The house has a tropical modern design with a focus on the use of natural materials that give a cool vibe and an open layout both horizontally with an open-plan concept and vertically with the use of skylights.

This building has two floors, on the ground floor there is a service area, 3 types of kitchen and a family room. Meanwhile, the 2nd floor functions as bedrooms.

This house has unique features such as fingerprint-activated doors, a large and open swimming pool area, but still maintained privacy with a garden wall, and a carefully designed bathroom.

The architect collaborated closely with the interior designer, ensuring a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality. The construction process took almost two years due to the meticulous attention to detail and challenges posed by the fairly complex design.
