✔ 4 large eggs
✔ 3/4 glass of granulated sugar (125 g)
✔ 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil (21 ml)
✔ 1 tablespoon flour less from 2 glasses flour - (185 g)
✔ 2 tablespoons of cocoa (25 g)
✔ 1 pack of baking powder (10 g)
✔ 1 pack of sugar vanillin (5 g)
✔ 1 orange zest
✔ 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
✔ 4 tablespoons of raisins (80 g)
✔ 1 glass of large crushed hazelnuts (100 g)
⚠️ The glass size I use is 200 ml.
⚠️⚠️ Baking: Preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25-30 minutes. 2nd bake, in a preheated 150°C (302°F) fan forced oven for 20 minutes.
