We finished this campervan in 8 weeks. The rusty VW Crafter became a beautiful camper. After an intensive rust treatment we converted the van into a camper with which we can travel for a long time.
Planned is the Panamericana. From Patagonia to Alaska.
The VW Crafter Camper has the dimensions L2H2 and has almost 130,000 km on it. With 14 years it belongs rather to the older ones.
The interior is very simple. Since we only had two months for the van conversion, we had to find simple conversion solutions.
So we relied on tried-and-tested interior concepts and kept the furniture simple.
After two months of van conversion the VW Crafter went to Uruguay, where the vanlife adventure in South America started.
