Here we go folks, we begin to take the first statement and put it up against the 4 questions and the turn-a-rounds.
I noticed I muddled questions 2 and 3 in the video.

Question 2: Can I absolutely know [the thought] is true? yes / no

Question 3: How do I react when I believe [the thought]?

If the answer to question 1 is YES, go to question 2. If it is NO, got to question 3 not 2 as I said in the video. :)
