The 1919 Manse Movement, was a yearlong peaceful protest of over 2 million Koreans that took place for those who sought independence from colonization. Our goal was to create a space that commemorates their sacrifice and fosters modern expressions of liberation.
It is an artistic exhibition revolving around the theme of liberation featuring visual arts, performing arts, music, and food.
