Delicious crispy sesame balls made with coconut mung bean filling. Please see tutorial for instructions.

Ingredients:

1 bag glutinous rice flour

1 cup rice flour

¾ cup mash potatoes (dry)

1 can coconut milk (400 ml)

1 cup granulated sugar

1 1/2 TB baking powder

1 cup hot water (for mixing with mash potatoes)

¼ cup warm water (add 1 Tb at a time between kneading dough)

1 tsp vegetable oil


1 bag white Sesame seeds to coat rolled dough balls (you will only need half the bag)

Serving size: 22-26 sesame balls more or less dependent on size
