Authentic Italian Panettone with fruits

Recipe on how to make sweet bread called Panettone fruit, with sultanas and candied orange. A recipe explained step by step with great detail so that you achieve success in about 6 hours.

The ingredients:

For the sponge:
150 gr / 1 cup and 1/4 all-purpose wheat flour (10 gr of protein)
45 gr sugar / 4 tablespoons white sugar
1 envelope (7gr) of dry yeast bread or 25 grams of fresh baker's yeast
240 ml whole cow's milk / 1 cup
For the mass:
500 gr of flour 4 cups and 1/4
3 eggs L
2 yolks
80 gr of sugar 1/3 cup
130 gr of butter / 1/2 cup
1 tbsp orange essence or orange zest
1cda honey
1 vanilla pod
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dry yeast
Preferred
125 gr of candied orange
125 gr of raisins sultanas
Rum 1/2 cup (to soak the sultanas, then strain and add only the raisins.
