10 gr kombu (wide seaweed)
25 gr katsuobuoshi (skip fish)

300 gr tofu (Japanese tofu)

Miso Soup Ingredients:
250 ml DASHI stock
50 gr furisato miso
3 gr dashinomoto
1 tbsp soy sauce
5 ml mirin (because it contains alcohol, I replaced 1 tsp of granulated sugar)
