How to make "Kwek Kwek" (Quail eggs)
Philippine street food
36 Quail eggs hard boiled and coat it with cornstarch
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cornstarch
Cup of water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 atsuete powder
Sweet sour sauce:
2 cups of water
5 tbsp golden brown sugar
Salt/pepper for the taste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 Onion
5-6 Garlic
Chili powder
Vinegar dip sauce:
1 cups of water
1/4 vinegar (sukang ilocos)
1 Onion
5-6 Garlic
4 tbsp golden brown sugar
Salt/pepper for the taste
Chili powder
