In this video you will see how you can easily build an automatic incubator for laying chickens.
The incubator is made of 18 mm thick OSB 3 waterproof board.
Incubator dimensions are 75 cm high, 60 cm wide and 60 cm deep.
The incubator is painted with non-toxic, water-based, non-toxic acrylic paint.
To turn the eggs in the incubator, an engine was placed to turn the grill into the oven of the stove.
The programmer is 9999 seconds and is programmed to turn the eggs every 2 hours (or 7200 seconds).
The thermostat, using the probe in the incubator, switches off the heaters at the set temperature and maintains the required temperature in the incubator using programmed hysteresis.
It has 2 hammer heaters of 150 each.
The fan is the computer case cooler.
The power supply is 220 V and 12 V DC.
