Enjoy the sites and sounds of Port Townsend’s Wooden Boat Festival September 9, 10 &11, 2022. The two years off from the World Wide pandemic had instigated return of record crowds, well over 30,000 at the picturesque seaport northwest of Seattle Washington.

The musical artists included romantic Anna Roznowska on Violin and amazing Joe Euro on guitar...including selected interviews, one being at Brion Toss Rigging with Ian Weedman. Lin Pardey presented her seminars and a special presentation of The Real Deal. Carol Hasse reflects on the festivals Bell Tolling ceremony , an acknowledgment of those who have ‘pass the bar’.

Others included Kevin Ritz, a Marine Electronics specialist, Scott Kennedy, an amazing Pen & Ink- Water Color specialist, Pete Langley of Port Townsend Foundry and Dave Lake a High school Woodshop teacher and exquisite kayak builder.... and many others.

Near the festival was the reconstruction of the 107 year old Gaff Rig Cutter and Fastnet winner in 1927, ‘Tally Ho’ - the online sensation. We follow Leo Goolden as he guides us through the first ‘open shop’ which was visited by hundreds.

Special weekend with special people, see you all next year!
