These were so so good. Easy to make and fun to make on a day inside!

Dough:
1.5 cups warm water (100-110 F)
1 tbsp brown sugar
2.25 tsp instant yeast
4.5 cups bread flour
2 tsp salt

Water:
3 quarts water
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda

Toppings:
Everything seasoning, dried minced onions, poppy seed, sesame seeds
