Replacing a Heater Core in a 1962 Corvette
In this episode we remove and replace the heater core in the 62 Corvette. We are also replacing the hoses and getting ready for the next phase of this project.

All in all this was one of the easier heater cores that I've replaced and the whole job was very straightforward. Probably the most unexpected part was how much of the interior had to be removed in order to get the heater box out from under the dash.

As far as what mechanical level would be needed to accomplish this task, I would say that a person should just be mindful of what they are taking apart and taking good pictures of the process and it would be a pretty easy job for someone with basic skills to accomplish.
