Season 3, Episode 1.
Tune in for the first episode of season 3. We're in the middle of winter and our pelagic species have moved out. The guys decide to scratch the itch and get out on the water. We head down to the Coronado Islands, Mexico for some shallow water bottom fishing. They catch all sorts of different species including two beautiful Lingcod. These just happen to be one of the most delicious fish in our waters. Stay around until the end for a quick & easy recipe that will not disappoint! You only need a handful of ingredients!

Recipe Ingredients:
1 Pound of Lingcod (halibut or any other white flaky fish works great)
1 Cup of all-purpose flower (enough to lightly coat fillets)
2 Lemons
1 Tablespoon of Capers
3-4 Tablespoons of butter (use to your liking)
Fresh chives (for garnish, optional)
Salt & Pepper to tase
