Fall is the time of year that it just seems fitting to play some good “choons” from Scotland. Growing up, every October was time to compete in harp at the Highland Games, and the air would be swirling with the sounds of bagpipes and the chill weather!

The jig’s full title is I Love My Love For She Loves Me, a traditional tune which was collected in 1804 by Niel Gow. The reel is also traditional, which I learned from the playing of my teacher, Kelly Stewart Brzozowski.
