This week we visited Blenheim Palace in Woodstock, Oxfordshire for their Christmas 'Sleeping Beauty' house event. The palace has been transformed to retell the classic fairytale of Sleeping Beauty. Each room tells a different chapter in Sleeping Beauty’s story and the entire house has been decorated for Christmas, including a gigantic Christmas Tree in The Great Hall.

On the way to Auroura’s candle-lit bed chamber we wander through the Evil Fairy’s spooky wooded lair and into the castle frozen in time. Watch out for spinning wheels and fluttering fairies as we follow the Lilac Fairy helping True Love to reawaken in the castle after 100 very sleepy years…
