1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons 2x concentrated mentsuyu
2 tablespoons water

[How to make]

①Put mayonnaise and grated garlic in a frying pan.

③ Add the mentsuyu, cover and steam for about 1 minute.

④ Flip the mochi over and steam-fry for another minute to heat the mochi, then serve on the plate first.

⑤ Lightly boil the remaining noodle soup in the frying pan to thicken it, then pour it over the mochi.
