When you ask a question in English, sometimes your voice rises, and sometimes it falls at the end. In this video, Misha and Larissa explain when your voice should rise, and when it should fall in questions in English.

To decide if the intonation rises or falls, you need to think about the type of question. Yes/No questions have rising intonation. Information questions end with falling intonation. Choice questions do both: rise first, then fall.
