This is all three heats of the Open Section Girls Mile Run at the 2022 Arcadia Invitational Track & Field meet, held April 8-9 at Arcadia High School (CA). The heats are seeded slower to faster. Heat 1 was won by Isabella Alvarado of Eisenhower in 4:58.03 (the 4th fastest time across all heats). Heat 2 was won by Raygan Peterson of Timpanogos high in 5:03.7. Heat 3 had four athletes break 5:00, with Rancho Bernardo's Jacey Farmer winning in 4:56.53.
