This simple warm salad of chickpeas mushrooms and kale is super easy to make, packed with flavors and very healthy. Here's the ingredients:
2 cups chickpeas (cooked)
1/4 pound shiitake mushrooms
3-4 cups baby kale or spinach
1 tsp. grated ginger
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seed oil
2 tbsp. neutral oil (canola or vegetable)
chili flakes
cilantro
1/2 lime juice
1/2 tsp. honey
