This is the first episode of my Ladakh 2024 series.

We started from Gurugram and target was to reach Jammu by end of the day. On the way in Delhi we had to face lot of water logging and rain, it was definitely not a best start for our journey. Once were out of the Delhi, we had to face some rain until Punjab. We took the Ludhiana Jalandhar route after Chandigarh and my god, it was really hot in Punjab and actually unbearable. We had to take many breaks in order to be hydrated, in fact in Jalandhar we stopped at Starbucks to relax and eat something. Starbucks break was so refreshing that we had enough energy to reach Jammu. However, there was another surprise on the way for us! It was the Road construction of Kathua to Jammu. The roads were rigged everywhere and heavy road construction going to make the road wider and better. But the consequence was, the roads were really bad. Finally we reach Jammu at our hotel Radisson Blu and had a relaxing evening.
