It was a great sports weekend highlighted by the Conference Championship games in the NFL! It's the Pro bowl and NHL All Star week so we get to see skills of the two sports put on display!

We broke down the AFC and NFC title games and both losing teams abandoned the run at their own peril and eventual demise. KC best Baltimore and San Fran beat Detroit.

We talked about the NHL and a couple of their top teams heading into All Star week. The Canucks remain in first place in the league and the Oilers are winners of 16 games in a row! The All Star game and competition is taking place in Toronto.

We mentioned the world of soccer with some news and notes. Lionel Messi is coming to a pitch near you and the tickets have been gong on sale around the continent and selling out immediately. The World Cup is set to release its match schedule for the 2026 North American hosted Tournament this coming Sunday.

The Australian Open tennis came to an end this weekend with Jannick Sinner winning his first ever Grand Slam tournament with victory over Danil Mevedev in 5 sets.

Nick Dunlap turned pro after his historic win last weekend and Mathieu Pavon won his first ever PGA tourney with a victory in the Farmers Insurance tournament in San Diego at Torrey Pines golf course.
