Ingredients
Bone-in Beef ribs 牛仔骨 300-350g
Dried Vermicelli 乾粉絲 100g
Onion 洋蔥 100g
Shallots 乾蔥 50g
Garlic 蒜頭 20g
Leek 京蔥 100g
Light soy sauce 生抽 20g
Granulated sugar 白砂糖 20g
Chicken stock 雞湯 200-250ml
Optional 可選擇: Fresh Red Chili 鮮辣椒

Beef marinade 牛肉醃料
Light soy sauce 生抽 5g
Dark soy sauce 老抽 2g
Granulated sugar 白砂糖 5g
Onion powder 洋蔥粉 0.5tsp
Garlic powder 蒜粉0.5tsp
Tapioca starch 木薯粉 3g
Water 水 20g
