Ingredients

For cake :
All purpose flour/maida : 1 and 1/2 cups(165grams)
Cocoa powder : 1/2 cup
Baking soda : 1 teaspoon
Baking powder : 1 teaspoon
Instant coffee powder : 1 tablespoon
Sugar : 1 cup/200 grams
Eggs : 2
Salt : 1/4 teaspoon
Cooking oil : 1/2 cup
Milk : 3/4 cup boiled and cooled
Hot boiling water : 3/4 cup

For chocolate pudding
Milk : 2 cups/500ml
Corn flour (corn starch) : 3 tablespoons
Cocoa powder : 1/4 cup
Sugar : 1/2 cup to 2/3 cup
Vanilla essence : 1 teaspoon
Dark chocolate : 100 grams
Unsalted butter : 2 tablespoons

For chocolate ganache
Fresh cream : 1 cup
Dark chocolate : 250 grams

Melted dark chocolate 100 to 150 grams
Cocoa powder for dusting
