Emergency alert on the phone I was recording with went off late hence why the video was cut off. Regardless, it's crazy to think this has happened twice in my life, almost exactly 7 years apart. On February 28th, 2017, we were issued a tornado warning in winter and now today on February 27th, 2024, we've gotten another winter tornado warning. Crazy!
