Amy Wax, Robert Mundheim Professor of Law at University of Pennsylvania Law School and Alan Dershowitz, Professor of Law Emeritus at Harvard Law School discussed whether universities should regulate speech on campus. Pepperdine School of Public Policy Dockson Professor, Robert Kaufman moderated this event.
