For creating this vector art in Adobe Illustrator mostly I have used Pen tool and Anchor point to create this vector from the sketch. Also the beginners who are new in Adobe Illustrator can learn the efficiency of pen tool in Adobe Illustrator , Because It's not speed art , the speed of this Tutorial is Average , if you have a problem with the speed of video you can decrease the speed in settings.
