These makers patiently fulfill the orders from patrons lucky enough to have made a path to their shop to get something truly unique.
This isn't a fantasy with MYG Handmade. One man sits in his workshop making one pair of custom boots at a time for a customer lucky enough to find him. This is where you'll find antique tools and machinery he's repaired and maintained which aid him in the traditional shoemaking techniques he practices. This isn't some factory floor. The atmosphere is thick and sounds of Johnny Cash and Tom Waits echo from somewhere among tools and supplies. Are these the boots for everyone? Absolutely not. Thats why I love them.
